The restoration of disturbed sites and worn-away places allows us to ensure their biological and ecological integrity. With the help of industrial waste and undervalued resources, CTRI devises methods of restoration adapted to Quebec regions. Several projects managed in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Northern Quebec regions confirm the effectiveness of these methods. Through consideration of these environments as a whole, each method developed connects growing mediums, plants and symbiotic microorganisms. Phytotechnology is central to these accomplishments.
